Privacy.

The inquiry form asks for your name, company, phone, email, address, mailing address and your message.

The credit application asks for your company's legal name, entity type, state, years in business, Railroad Commission operator number, principals, addresses and a contact person. It also asks for a bank reference, up to three trade references and the equipment you need. It does not ask for account numbers or tax ID numbers.

With either form we also record the date and the internet (IP) address it came from.

The portal sign-in asks only for your email address. We email you a one-time code. No password is issued or stored.

If you hold an agreement with us and enter bank account details in the portal, they are encrypted in your browser before they are sent. They are only unlocked on our office computer. We keep the last four digits of the account unencrypted so we can confirm it with you by phone.

An inquiry is used to answer you, and we may follow up later about leasing equipment.

A credit application is used to decide whether to offer a lease and on what terms. We contact the bank and trade references you list, and we follow up with you by phone.

Both forms are emailed to our company inbox and kept on our contact list, which only we can open. They are sent to us over an encrypted connection. After that they are stored on our server and in our email as they were sent.

The site does not delete form entries on a schedule. We keep them until we delete them.

The only cookie this site sets is a sign-in cookie for the portal. It keeps you signed in for up to 24 hours, or until you sign out. There are no ads. We count anonymous page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. The portal and sign-in pages are not counted.

We do not sell it. It passes only through the services that run this site and our email:

Railway hosts the site, stores the form entries and keeps the site's logs.
Cloudflare sits in front of the site and carries its traffic.
Resend delivers the emails the site sends, including your sign-in code.
Microsoft 365 holds our company email.

If you send a credit application, the references you list will know you applied when we call them.

You do not have to use the forms. You can call or write instead.
